In the sale of their premium hot chocolate line, Land O’ Lakes to Precision Foods, Inc. Precision Foods develops, packages, and blends dry mix food products for foodservice and consumer channels worldwide.

The business was Land O'Lakes Cocoa Classics, a line of flavored hot cocoa mixes sold under the Land O'Lakes brand. Land O'Lakes, Inc. is a farmer-owned agricultural and food cooperative headquartered in Arden Hills, Minnesota, and the Cocoa Classics products continued to carry the Land O'Lakes name under license.
