Tully & Holland Serves As Exclusive Financial Advisor to Clover On Its Recent Private Placement

Boston, MA, August 6, 2026 - Tully & Holland, Inc. is pleased to announce its role as exclusive financial advisor to Clover Fast Food, Inc. ("Clover"), the Boston-area vegetarian restaurant chain. Founded in 2008, Clover began as a single food truck on MIT’s campus. Since then, the brand has grown into a staple of New England serving better-for-you meals built from local farms with sustainably sourced ingredients.

Today, the company operates nine restaurants across Boston and Cambridge, two Whole Foods Market kiosks, a catering business, and a direct-to-consumer meal-box service, supported by a proprietary library of more than 1,400 chef-designed recipes. The proceeds of the placement will support Clover’s next phase of growth, including new restaurant openings in high-traffic locations, menu innovation, and continued investment in the Company’s systems and operations.
