
Trip Conant is a Managing Director at Tully & Holland, where he advises consumer and healthcare companies on strategic growth and value creation. Over the past decade, he has worked across private equity, corporate development, growth equity, and investment banking, helping businesses of all sizes navigate growth and transformation.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Trip was a Senior Associate at Webster Equity Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, where he led investments in the pharma services sector and oversaw multiple portfolio companies. He previously held a corporate development role at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he executed mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategic partnerships, within the life sciences sector. Earlier in his career, Trip was part of the investment team at Winona Capital, a consumer-focused growth equity fund, and began his career as an investment banking analyst at William Blair.
Trip earned his MBA (magna cum laude) from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business with a concentration in entrepreneurship. While at Babson, he held a leadership role in the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition club and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. He also has a B.A. in history from Cornell University, where he minored in law and society and rowed for the varsity heavyweight crew team.
Outside of work, Trip enjoys gardening, mixology, golfing, cooking, biking, and spending time with his mini–Australian Shepherd and young son.
