​Griffin Keady is a Managing Director at Tully & Holland, where he advises consumer-goods companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and valuations.  He has nearly 15 years of experience in the sector, working with both early- and later-stage companies.

Early in his career, Griffin advised Diageo on its strategic growth plans and digital strategies. He later joined frozen seafood pioneer Gorton's, where he helped grow its omni-channel product portfolio. Before entering investment banking, Griffin held a senior management role at Ocean Spray Cranberries, where his team had P&L responsibility and was in charge of overseeing growth plans, and capital investments, for some of the largest products in the brand's beverage portfolio.  

Griffin holds a B.A. in History from Trinity College (CT) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He holds Series 79,63, and 82 securities licenses. Griffin is a proud graduate of the Noble and Greenough School, where he has served on the Annual Fund and the Reunion Committee. Outside the office, he is an avid runner, reader, and history buff.  Griffin lives in Concord, Massachusetts, with his wife, Portia, and their two children.
