Tully & Holland announces asset sale of Rubber Products, Inc. to Tuflex Rubber Products LLC

Tully & Holland, Incorporated is pleased to announce another successful conclusion to a sell-side M&A advisory engagement. The firm represented Rubber Products, Inc. of Tampa, Florida in the sale of the company to Tuflex Rubber Products, LLC of Tuscumbia, Alabama.
The new entity combines the Tuflex product line produced since 1957 with the FLEXCO product lines produced by Roppe Corporation of Fostoria, Ohio. FLEXCO produces one of the leading product lines of rubber and vinyl flooring sold throughout the commercial flooring industry. Tuflex produces recycled and vulcanized rubber mats for heavy duty use principally in athletic facilities including weight rooms and skating arenas, as well as in most professional sports organizations, including the NFL, NBA, NHL and Major League Baseball.
FLEXCO is also known for its broad distribution in the commercial flooring industry servicing all 50 states, as well as Canada, South America, Europe and Asia. "Tuflex products are the best in the industry and will bolster our current portfolio of rubber and vinyl products," according to Bart Rogers, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Roppe and FLEXCO.
