Tully & Holland announces advisory role in successful sale of The Lyon Company to The Randolph Group

Tully & Holland is pleased to announce another successful sell-side M&A assignment. The firm represented The Lyon Company, also known as Vandor, in its sale to Randolph Limited Partnership VI, an affiliate of The Randolph Group, a Chicago-based private equity firm. The Lyon Company designs and markets giftware and accessories based on a stable of licenses of iconic American cultural figures that include Marilyn Monroe, Betty Boop and John Wayne.

The Lyon Company, also known as Vandor, was a Salt Lake City, Utah, gift vendor. It designed and sold decorative and licensed gift products, including metal tins, tin totes, lunch boxes, boxes, key chains, ceramic mugs and other giftware.
