
Trip Conant is a Managing Director at Tully & Holland, where he advises consumer and healthcare companies on strategic growth and value creation.
Trip brings over a decade of experience in private equity, investment banking, and corporate development, with a proven track record of advising and investing in consumer and healthcare companies. Most recently, he was with Webster Equity Partners, a healthcare and consumer-focused private equity firm, where he led investments in the Pharma Services sector and served as the team lead on several portfolio companies.
Trip has also held roles in Corporate Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific and in growth equity investing at Winona Capital. He started his career in investment banking at William Blair in Chicago. Throughout these roles, he has executed numerous M&A transactions, built deep sector expertise, and helped businesses unlock value through strategic growth initiatives.
Trip earned his MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where he graduated magna cum laude, and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. While at Babson, he held leadership roles in the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition Club and co-founded SMILI, an AI-powered platform for children's mental health. Trip is also a graduate of Cornell University and was a member of the Varsity Heavyweight Rowing team, where he won a National Championship and broke the course record.
Outside of work, Trip enjoys gardening, mixology, golfing, cooking, biking, and spending time with his mini–Australian Shepherd and young son.
