OFF-CYCLE ANALYST

ABOUT THIS POSITION

Tully & Holland's analyst program is a structured one-year program for MBA and select undergraduate candidates seeking broad exposure to all facets of the M&A investment banking industry sector. Outstanding performers may have the opportunity for promotion to the Associate level on a case-by-case basis

This position offers candidates the opportunity to directly assist the Managing Directors in the investment banking process including responsibility for financial research and valuations, industry reports, company-specific research and due diligence as well as the coordination of offering memorandum, and client presentation development. The candidates must know Microsoft Office including PowerPoint; experience with Capital IQ and contact manager software is preferred. Preference is given to candidates studying finance or candidates with prior relevant experience. Previous candidates include students from such highly regarded schools as Harvard University, Duke University, Wellesley College, Georgetown University, Northeastern University, Boston College and Babson College.

 


Criteria required for consideration include:

 

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree from a top-tier college or university

  • Grade Point Average higher than 3.6

  • Excellent professional and academic track record

  • Strong personal initiative and ability to work independently

  • Strict attention to detail

  • Dedicated team player

  • Superior written and quantitative skills

  • Prior financial analysis experience is preferred
