March 5, 2005 - Tully & Holland, Inc. is pleased to announce its role as exclusive financial advisor to The Paragon, a mail order home décor, clothing, and accessory merchant, in its sale to Reliant Equity Investors. Reliant Equity specializes in buyouts of middle market, later stage, growth oriented manufacturing and consumer product businesses.

The Paragon was a gift catalog and online retailer based in Westerly, Rhode Island, known for unusual and out of the ordinary gifts. It was owned by Paragon Gifts Holdings, which also published the Bits and Pieces puzzle and games catalog.
