Wand Equity Portfolio II invests in middle market buyouts. The Paragon is a catalog merchant specializing in retails home décor and garden products, clothing and accessories.
About the client
Bits & Pieces is a direct marketer of jigsaw puzzles. It traces its origins to 1980, when Eli Segal acquired American Publishing, a Watertown, Massachusetts puzzle maker. The Bits and Pieces catalog launched in 1983 as The Great International Puzzle Collection, and the company began producing its own private-label puzzles in 1988.
