Tully & Holland is pleased to announce another successful conclusion to a buy-side M&A advisory engagement. We represented AmeriMark Direct, a portfolio company of JH Partners, LLC, in its acquisition of FeelGood Store, a multichannel merchandiser of leading-edge health, wellness, home-comfort, and beauty products. San Francisco-based private equity firm JH Partners, whose portfolio companies have included Design Within Reach, Napa Style, and Peet's Coffee & Tea, owns a controlling share of AmeriMark Direct.

AmeriMark Direct was a Cleveland, Ohio catalog and e-commerce direct marketer, founded in 1969 with the Anthony Richards women's apparel catalog, that sold apparel, shoes, jewelry, beauty, health and personal care products and housewares, primarily to baby boomer and senior customers. FeelGoodStore.com was a mail-order catalog and online retailer specializing in wellness and home comfort products.
