Tully & Holland Represents Brynwood Partners III, L.P. in the Divestiture of Craft House Corporation

Tully & Holland is pleased to announce another successful conclusion to a sell-side M&A advisory engagement. Tully & Holland represented Brynwood Partners III, L.P. of Greenwich, Connecticut, in the divestiture of its portfolio company, Craft House Corporation. Craft House sold its crafts product lines to Chartpak, Inc. a creative products company of Leeds, MA. In addition, Craft House sold its model cars product line to Hawk, Inc., America's oldest model company, of Chicago, IL. Tully & Holland acted as financial advisor to Craft House Corporation and Brynwood Partners III, L.P. a Greenwich, CT-based private equity firm, in this transaction.
