Tully & Holland employs standard valuation methodologies - DCF, LBO, Precedent Transactions, Comparable Transactions, and Public Company Multiples - to provide Preliminary Pricing Analysis services and Required Growth Analysis reports to current and prospective clients.- The Preliminary Pricing Analysis identifies the value drivers that need to be focused upon in order to realize a company's eventual exit goals.
