Tim Tully is President of Tully & Holland, Inc. and serves as head of the Food and Consumer Groups. His 20 year investment banking experience includes merger & acquisition and corporate finance advisory services for clients throughout the consumer packaged goods sector. During his tenure at the firm he has represented clients in sellside, buyside and capital raising transactions within food & beverage, direct marketing & retail, pet food, sporting goods, giftware & souvenirs, and other specialty products categories.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Tim spent almost 20 years advising companies such as Procter & Gamble Co. and General Mills, Inc. and held senior management positions with H.J. Heinz Company and RJR Nabisco, both here and abroad. Tim began his career in the corporate lending training program at Citibank, N.A., after which he held positions in marketing, general management and corporate development.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College. Tim serves as a Director for the Harvard College Fund. He holds Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 securities licenses. Tim was a member of the Groton School Parents Committee and has served as a Trustee of the Portsmouth Abbey School Alumni Board.
Jon Pratt is a
Managing Director of Tully & Holland, Inc. He has 23 years of investment
banking and investment advisory experience including mergers & acquisitions
and corporate finance. Jon has represented global clients on sell-side,
buy-side and capital raising transactions within the food & beverage sector,
e-commerce, packaging. He has also advised and worked on transactions
with global and Asian retail and F&B conglomerates. Jon has an
extensive network of global relationships with governments, corporates and
private equity firms.
Prior to joining Tully
& Holland, Jon worked as a Managing Director at Barclays where he was most
recently Head of Hong Kong investment banking and Chairman of Global Finance,
Asia pacific. Jon has also worked as a Managing Director at Merrill
Lynch, Credit Suisse and Rockefeller & Co. Jon began his career in
the investment banking training program at Alex. Brown & Sons in Baltimore,
after which he held positions in corporate finance at UBS where he held various
positions in New York, Singapore, Hong Kong and Stamford, CT.
Jon holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree from Harvard College. He holds Series 63 & 79 securities licenses. He has been a Harvard reunion class representative and was a member of the
Barclays Global Citizenship Committee. Jon is married with three daughters
and enjoys squash, tennis, skiing, golf and summers in Maine.
Stuart Rose, Managing Director at Tully & Holland, serves as head of the firm's Multichannel Merchant Group and is a member of the firm's Consumer Group. Joining T&H in 2005, Stuart's investment banking experience includes merger & acquisition and corporate advisory services for clients in the retail, direct marketing industries, gift and craft beer industries. Stuart has over 20 years of retail and direct marketing experience in a variety of consumer product categories.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Stuart held senior management positions with Specialty Catalog Corporation, Oriac Design, Legal Sea Foods and Edison Brothers Stores. During his tenure at these companies, much of his expertise focused on turnaround management. His responsibilities included directing the acquisition of strategic competitors and managing the process of pursuing strategic alternatives.
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Economics and Philosophy from Brandeis University and an MBA from Harvard University. He holds Series 62, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
Elizabeth is responsible for management oversight of the firm's marketing and sales as well as internal compliance obligations, financial and general management reporting, and human resources development. Her background experience includes senior management positions held in both advertising and consumer product brand management.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Elizabeth worked as a Product Manager at Kraft Foods, Inc. with full profit and loss responsibility for Sealtest Ice Cream. Elizabeth began her career at Grey Advertising, Inc. in New York, and rose to become a Vice-President advising companies such as Procter & Gamble, Revlon and General Foods.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont. Until recently, she served as Vice Chairman of the Groton School Parents Committee, Groton, MA and Head of the Parents Committee, Fenn School, Concord, MA.
Laura oversees daily administrative and office operations, providing support for all the Managing Directors. She manages online presence, database management, marketing campaign coordination as well as providing support for compliance and human resource matters.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Laura began her career in the banking industry. She also learned the challenges faced by small businesses while working eighteen years in the retail industry.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She is a member of the Boston College Varsity Club and a past member of Monsignor Haddad Middle School Consultative Board.
Ryan is an MBA analyst at Tully & Holland, Inc. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan spent five years at the Investment Research firm Ned Davis Research in Institutional Sales, specializing in working with firms that focused on algorithmic and high-frequency trading strategies. Ryan is currently a CFA candidate and pursuing his MBA at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Ryan received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Texas-Austin. Outside of work he enjoys boxing, football and basketball.
James is a current MBA student at Boston University - Questrom School of Business. Prior to attending business school, James worked as a financial analyst at Fidelity Investments in Westlake, TX. While there, he prepared and analyzed forecasting reports, and managed market data inventory developing key business relationships with vendors. Prior to joining Fidelity, James worked for Merrill Lynch as an investments and financial advisory intern evaluating and preparing analytical reports on US equities using Bloomberg and other research reports. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his friends and family and is a big Boston sports fan.
