Tim Tully is President of Tully & Holland, Inc. and serves as head of the Food and Consumer Groups. His 20 year investment banking experience includes merger & acquisition and corporate finance advisory services for clients throughout the consumer packaged goods sector. During his tenure at the firm he has represented clients in sellside, buyside and capital raising transactions within food & beverage, direct marketing & retail, pet food, sporting goods, giftware & souvenirs, and other specialty products categories.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Tim spent almost 20 years advising companies such as Procter & Gamble Co. and General Mills, Inc. and held senior management positions with H.J. Heinz Company and RJR Nabisco, both here and abroad. Tim began his career in the corporate lending training program at Citibank, N.A., after which he held positions in marketing, general management and corporate development.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College. Tim serves as a Director for the Harvard College Fund. He holds Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 securities licenses. Tim was a member of the Groton School Parents Committee and has served as a Trustee of the Portsmouth Abbey School Alumni Board.
Chris Kampe is a Managing Director at Tully & Holland specializing in merger & acquisition and corporate advisory services in the retail and consumer sector. Chris has more than twenty years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. He is widely quoted in related publications on retail and consumer industry mergers & acquisitions such as Time Magazine, Women's Wear Daily, Sporting Goods Business, Home Furnishings News, Multi-channel Merchant and Chain Store Age. Over his career, Chris has represented clients in retail, catalog, eCommerce, apparel, H&BA, sporting goods, toys, gifts & collectibles, food, beverage, and footwear, among other categories.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Chris served for nearly nine years as an investment banking professional with Grant Thornton Corporate Finance LLC, most recently in the position of Director. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Chris was a Vice President in Fleet's Retail Group, then the 3rd largest retail debt arranger in the U.S., where he covered the retail sector.
Chris is a graduate of Boston College's Carroll School of Management. He holds Series 62, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
Stuart Rose, Managing Director at Tully & Holland, serves as head of the firm's Multichannel Merchant Group and is a member of the firm's Consumer Group. Joining T&H in 2005, Stuart's investment banking experience includes merger & acquisition and corporate advisory services for clients in the retail, direct marketing industries, gift and craft beer industries. Stuart has over 20 years of retail and direct marketing experience in a variety of consumer product categories.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Stuart held senior management positions with Specialty Catalog Corporation, Oriac Design, Legal Sea Foods and Edison Brothers Stores. During his tenure at these companies, much of his expertise focused on turnaround management. His responsibilities included directing the acquisition of strategic competitors and managing the process of pursuing strategic alternatives.
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Economics and Philosophy from Brandeis University and an MBA from Harvard University. He holds Series 62, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
Elizabeth is responsible for management oversight of the firm's marketing and sales as well as internal compliance obligations, financial and general management reporting, and human resources development. Her background experience includes senior management positions held in both advertising and consumer product brand management.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Elizabeth worked as a Product Manager at Kraft Foods, Inc. with full profit and loss responsibility for Sealtest Ice Cream. Elizabeth began her career at Grey Advertising, Inc. in New York, and rose to become a Vice-President advising companies such as Procter & Gamble, Revlon and General Foods.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont. Until recently, she served as Vice Chairman of the Groton School Parents Committee, Groton, MA and Head of the Parents Committee, Fenn School, Concord, MA.
Laura oversees daily administrative and office operations, providing support for all the Managing Directors. She manages online presence, database management, marketing campaign coordination as well as providing support for compliance and human resource matters.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Laura began her career in the banking industry. She also learned the challenges faced by small businesses while working eighteen years in the retail industry.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She is a member of the Boston College Varsity Club and a past member of Monsignor Haddad Middle School Consultative Board.
Peirce is an MBA analyst at Tully & Holland, Inc. Prior
to joining the firm, Peirce worked at the Greenwich Group International where
he was a principal partner in the creation of Greenwich Green Holdings, the
green transactions and project development arm of the Greenwich Group International
specializing in projects ranging from petrochemical and thermoplastics to timber
and biomass. Outside of work Peirce enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and golfing.
Peirce is currently working towards his MBA at the Carroll
School of Management at Boston College and received his Bachelor's Degree in
Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Brad is an MBA Analyst at Tully & Holland, Inc. Prior to joining the firm, Brad spent three years working as an Analyst in the Investor Services division at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. This past summer he worked as an Investment Banking MBA Intern at a boutique technology focused investment bank where he assisted with the firm's advisory activities.
Brad received Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University. He is currently working towards his MBA at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
