Russell Robb is a Managing Director at Tully & Holland and a member of the firm’s Consumer Group.  Russ assists clients in the mergers & acquisitions business, providing investment banking and corporate finance advisory services to a wide range of middle market companies. His 25 years of transaction experience includes numerous companies in the consumer products industry, as well as a broad array of other manufacturing and distribution companies in various industry sectors.

Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Russ held positions as a Managing Director for Atlantic Management Company and as a Vice President of O’Conor Wright-Wyman Inc., leading firms in the middle market M&A business.  Earlier in his business career, Russ was the owner and operator of a canoe and sailboat manufacturing company, Lincoln Fiberglass, Inc. and a retail/distribution company, Quiet Sports. Russ began his career with Colonial Management, a leading mutual fund company, and American Express, Credit Card Division.

Russ has served as president of the Boston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and as president of the Association for Corporate Growth International, now 14,000 members, worldwide. He is currently president of The Hamilton Trust, the oldest investment club in the United States, and a trustee of The Fenway High School in Boston.

Russ attended the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Undergraduate School and served two years in the Marine Corps.  His holds Series 62, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
