In December, U&H represented Performance, Inc., the nation's leading bicycle mail order and retail company headquartered in Chapel Hill, NC, in the sale of Performance Diver, a leading dive gear catalog company, to Divers Direct. Also in December, U&H represented M.F. Blouin, LLC of Rollinsford, NH, a retail merchandising solutions catalog and e-commerce company serving the financial industry, in its sale to MFB Holdings, LLC. James C.
