Tully & Holland is pleased to announce the completion of a sell-side M&A advisory engagement. We represented Silvestri, a designer and marketer of holiday and seasonal gifts and a subsidiary of e-Toys Direct, Inc. in its sale to DEMDACO, a designer and marketer of tableware, dinnerware, kitchen accessories and home accents.
