Wellesley, MA based Tully & Holland, Inc. is pleased to announce that Russell Robb, previously with Atlantic Management Company, Portsmouth, New Hampshire has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Russ has provided investment banking and corporate finance advisory services to a wide range of middle market companies in the consumer products industry as well as other manufacturing and distribution companies for 20 years. Prior to that time, Russ was a principal of Benchmark Consulting Group, Inc., Boston, MA,  an owner-operator of both a canoe and sailboat manufacturing company, Lincoln Fiberglass, and a retail/distribution company, Quiet Sports.  “Russ brings years of invaluable experience to Tully & Holland not only as a 20 year veteran in the middle market mergers and acquisitions business but also as an owner-operator of two consumer product companies, the leading area of specialization for Tully & Holland, ” says Timothy W. In addition to his business experience, Russ served as president of the Boston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), authored two books published by Adams Media: Buying Your Own Business and Selling Your Business, and currently is  an editor of M&A Today, a national monthly industry newsletter, read by investment banking professionals world-wide.
