Tully & Holland, Inc. represents Faith Mountain Catalog in the sale of its Customer Mailing List generating 1.7 million names

Faith Mountain Catalog and Wachovia Bank, N.A. hired Wellesley Hills, MA-based Tully & Holland, Inc. to represent them in the sale of the Faith Mountain customer mailing list and database. This list includes 1.7 million names generated from the 25+ year-old mail order catalog and e-commerce site that offered quality apparel in addition to hand-crafted decorations, custom-made floral arrangements, home furnishings, and holiday items. Fiscal 1998 sales for the Faith Mountain catalog and website totaled over $25.8 million. Faith Mountain Company ceased operations effective September 30, 2002 and Wachovia Bank, N.A., the secured creditor, is now seeking to sell the Faith Mountain mailing list and database.
