Wellesley, MA-based Tully & Holland, Inc. is pleased to announce that Christopher Kampe, previous Director, Grant Thornton Corporate Finance LLC, has joined the firm as a Managing Director to augment the firm’s established expertise providing merger and acquisition and corporate advisory services in the retail and consumer products sectors.

“Chris brings more than 17 years of experience in investment banking and corporate banking in addition to deep knowledge of retail, one of the key areas of specialization for Tully & Holland since its founding in 1992” says Timothy W. Tully, President.

Christopher served as an investment banking professional with Grant Thornton Corporate Finance LLC for nearly nine years, most recently in the position of Director.   At Grant Thornton, Chris focused in the consumer industry and was responsible for originating and executing merger & acquisition transactions for middle market clients.   Prior to joining Grant Thornton Corporate Finance, Chris was a Vice President in Fleet’s Retail Group (then the 3rd largest retail banker in the U.S.) where he spent five years covering the sector.  

In addition to his business experience, Chris has been widely quoted on retail mergers & acquisitions in such publications as Time Magazine, HFN, Dow Jones News Wire, Mergers & Acquisitions Report, The Deal, and Factset Flashwire.
