Tully & Holland Advises Gravymaster, Inc. in its Sale to Richardson Foods, Inc.
December 10, 2006
Tully & Holland represented the stockholders of Gravymaster, Inc. in the sale of the company to Richardson Foods, Inc., a portfolio company of Founders Equity. Gravymaster manufactures and markets Gravy Master browning sauce and Dryden & Palmer rock candy. The company selected Tully & Holland as its investment banker based on our extensive experience and contacts with candy & confectionary companies, condiment manufacturers, and private equity groups with investments in the food industry.
