The firm represented Geerlings & Wade, Inc. in the sale of selected assets to an undisclosed strategic buyer.  Geerlings & Wade, the original direct marketer of wines across the US, sold its direct mail division in order to focus upon The Traveling Vineyard, the leading party-plan purveyor of wine.
