Tully & Holland advised Calyx & Corolla, the flower lover's flower company™, of Vero Beach, FL, a multi-channel direct marketer of fine floral gifts, in its sale to The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, Inc. of Shelburne, VT. Tully & Holland also advised M&I Seafood Manufacturing, Inc. of Baltimore, MD, d/b/a Chesapeake Bay Gourmet®, a maker and direct marketer of branded frozen crab cakes and related products, in its sale to Valor Equity Partners of Chicago, IL.
