Tully & Holland is pleased to announce that Andrew Crain has recently joined the firm to augment its established expertise in providing merger & acquisition and corporate finance advisory services to the consumer products industry. Andy has 17 years of experience as a food industry executive and as an attorney. Most recently he served as President and CEO of The Whipple Company of Natick, MA, a manufacturer of branded, private-labeled and co-packed condiments, fruitspreads and pie fillings. Previously Andy practiced corporate law at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude with highest honors in Economics, from Williams College.
