Company History

Tully & Holland has a long tradition of providing financial services advice to consumer product companies. Founded in 1992 as Ulin & Holland, this boutique investment bank specialized in advising catalogers, direct mail marketers, and retailers. After joining the company in 1993, Tim Tully developed a complimentary practice specializing in the food, beverage, and consumer products’ industries. In 1999, Tim Tully purchased the company from the founding partners and changed the name to Tully & Holland. Today, Tully and Holland’s commitment to providing sophisticated financial advice to consumer products companies remains the foundation and principal focus of our business.
