Chris Kampe is a Managing Director at Tully & Holland specializing in merger & acquisition and corporate advisory services in the retail and consumer sector. Chris has more than twenty years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. He is widely quoted in related publications on retail and consumer industry mergers & acquisitions such as Time Magazine, Women’s Wear Daily, Sporting Goods Business, Home Furnishings News, Multi-channel Merchant and Chain Store Age. Over his career, Chris has represented clients in retail, catalog, eCommerce, apparel, H&BA, sporting goods, toys, gifts & collectibles, food, beverage, and footwear, among other categories.
Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Chris served for nearly nine years as an investment banking professional with Grant Thornton Corporate Finance LLC, most recently in the position of Director. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Chris was a Vice President in Fleet’s Retail Group, then the 3rd largest retail debt arranger in the U.S., where he covered the retail sector.
Chris is a graduate of Boston College's Carroll School of Management. He holds Series 62, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
